Jim has dedicated nearly 30 years to studying, mastering and employing a wide range of holistic practices, and prides himself on being an avid life learner as well. Jim is nationally certified to the Diplomat level with the (NCCAOM) in Acupuncture and has a Masters Degree in Acupuncture (1997) and holds licenses in Missouri in both Acupuncture and massage therapy. He has been both adjunct instructor for the Southern Illinois School of Medicine and consulting Acupuncturist of SIU fertility treatment program.

Jim specializes in natural allergy treatments, including the use of Solliman Auricular Therapy (SAAT), treating chronic pain, and neurological conditions. He blends Dr. Tans Balance Method, Japanese meridian styles, and European Auricular Therapy. Jim also is certified in Battlefield Acupuncture. As a veteran, Jim began his journey in the healing arts working to improve his own health after serving in the Gulf War. He is a lifelong martial artist with a certification in Qi gong therapies.
