By nature, Allison is a curious and compassionate person who enjoys connecting with people.

As a licensed massage therapist of 6 years, she practices various techniques in bodywork such as Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT), deep tissue, prenatal, cupping and reflexology. Allison is a knowledge seeker and strives to stay learning and adding new techniques to offer her clients and expand her skill set.

In her free time, Allison enjoys hiking, kayaking and camping with her partner, Kollin and their dog, Darrell. She also loves traveling, photography, cooking (and eating) and exploring new ways to move and thrive.

Allison is the best massage therapist there is! I have been with her for years following her from her previous employer because she is THAT good.
